Marshall's Tennis Academy’s Website (“Website”) is owned and operated by Marshall's Tennis Academy and is hosted on a server in the State of New South Wales. The use of the Website and any material or information contained in the Website (“Material”) is governed by the law of the State of New Sale Wales, Australia.

Wet Weather
If weather is doubtful, players should attend at the class time, with appropriate wet weather attire. E.g. spray jacket or rain coat. It is up to your discretion as to whether your child should attend. However, no refunds or credits will be given. We are sorry, but if you choose not to attend we are unable make these lost classes up. The coach will use the Bureau of Meteorology Radar and Forecast to make a decision to cancel or conduct the class. Some of the class may be held under cover. Any classes cancelled by Marshall's Tennis Academy will be added to the end of the term.
Behaviour
To ensure lessons run smoothly, a good standard of behaviour is expected. We reserve the right to discipline inappropriate behaviour.
Missed lessons due to illness
Upon receipt of a medical certificate, we will offer make up lessons for those missed due to illness.
Changes to the Website and Material
The Website and the Material are subject to change at any time without notice and may contain errors. Marshall's Tennis Academy makes no warranties or representations as to the quality, accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the Website or the Material.
To the extent permitted by law Marshall's Tennis Academy excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website, the Material, all links to or from the Website, and the services accessible thereby.

Fees must be paid to Marshalls Tennis Academy by cash, cheque or on-line payment.
Enrolment will only be accepted with an enrolment form accompanied by a physical payment (if enrolling in person) or EFT if enrolling online (using surname as reference).
